Data Center Bore
Our Virginia Division completed a 400-foot underground power installation linking a substation to a private data center in Loudoun County, VA — recognized as the Data Center Capital of the World. Working through dense, high-quartz blue rock, the crew finished the bore in just 28 days, ahead of the planned 40-day schedule. The installation included dual 8″ HDPE conduits along with 3″ and 4″ lines to support the facility’s primary power infrastructure. Despite encountering multiple rock layers exceeding 50,000 psi, the project was completed under budget, with zero safety incidents, and demonstrated our ability to deliver precise, efficient drilling solutions in demanding geological conditions.
Hammer Mill Expansion
A recent project where we completed a ground up pellet and hammer mill expansion in Dilley, Texas.
Expanding on our clients current maxed out facility we designed, supplied and installed the instrument air, gates, bin vibrators, actuated valves, main switchgear, VFD’s, lighting panels, transformers, lighting as well as all the electrical and instrumentation that needed to be tied into the existing facility. We have since returned to the facility to kickoff new upgrades and have become their lead maintenance provider.
Toyota Plant Expansion
We recently deployed over 100 of our employees over the span of 6 weeks to successfully construct and commission the new Tundra and Sequoia door and seat expansion at the Toyota plant in San Antonio, Texas. The success of the project has shown the client our high level of expertise and we’ve now moved to new projects within the facility.
Polymer Injection
We worked with our client in Southern Alberta to plan and install a new free water knockout and treater. Involved from the design stage we installed all the instrumentation, electrical and
communications required for the project. Since the projects completion Cascade’s staff has been back on location to add additional features and upgrades as requested
Water Treatment
We worked with our client in Southern Alberta to design and install a new polymer injection system, in addition to the new system we ran all new power and communication wiring at the battery so all existing control systems could be utilized.
